Why Keyesville?

Since 1988, the Keyesville Classic has been one of California's original mountain bike destinations — raw singletrack carved into the hills above Lake Isabella. Big climbs, fast descents, technical lines, and a community that actually hangs out after the race.

Not a parking-lot event. Not corporate. A real weekend built around riding — whether you're chasing an AMSR title, racing Vintage, riding an E-Bike, or tackling your first XC event.

  • Sprint Lap: 3-mile individual time trial — opening stage of the AMSR races
  • SuperD Downhill: Two timed downhill stages on Saturday
  • Classic XC: Two laps of the legendary 8-mile loop — 16 miles of technical singletrack
  • Lite XC: Two laps of the 3-mile loop — perfect for newer racers and juniors
  • 5K Trail Run: Sunday morning, scenic and open to all
  • AMSR Classic / Lite: One bike, three stages — combine Sprint Lap + SuperD + XC for the overall stage-race title
  • Future Champions: Free kids race for 9 and under
