Keyesville Classic – All-Mountain Stage Race Rules

Disciplines: Cross Country (XC), Tech Time Trial (TT), and Super D (SD)

Each discipline counts equally toward the All-Mountain Overall. Riders must complete all three events on the same bike to qualify for the overall.

Registration

  • Riders must register specifically as “All-Mountain” competitors during XC registration.
  • All-Mountain riders must compete in the same category for all three events.
  • No retroactive entry after XC registration closes Saturday morning.

Bike & Equipment Rules

  • The Same Bike: Riders must use the same bike for all three events. Pedal swaps allowed.
  • Mechanical Issues: If a part fails, only equivalent replacement parts may be used. Any substitutions must be approved by a race official, who may issue a points penalty or disqualify modifications.
  • Allowed Adjustments: Tire pressure, shock/air pressure, saddle or bar position, geometry chip, and lever angle adjustments are allowed.
  • Rider Gear: Helmet required. Other protective gear optional. Highly recomended for Enduro.

Points & Scoring

Only riders registered for the All-Mountain Stage Race earn All-Mountain points. If a non-AM rider finishes inside the top 20, their position is skipped and points go to the next AM rider.

Protests

  • Preliminary results posted after each event.
  • 15-minute protest window after posting; if results are adjusted, a new 15-minute window opens.
