Team Action Dad – Merch Return & Exchange Policy

All Team Action Dad merchandise is printed and shipped on-demand through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because each item is made specifically for your order, our return options are limited. Please read the policy below before purchasing.
1. No Returns or Exchanges for Wrong Size or Buyer’s Remorse
Printful does not accept returns for items ordered in the wrong size, wrong color, or for general preference changes. For that reason, Team Action Dad cannot offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. Please check all size charts carefully before ordering.
2. Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.
To report an issue:

Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description.
3. Items Lost in Shipping
If your package never arrives or tracking shows unusual delays, contact us. We will work with Printful to investigate and replace the order when eligible.
4. Wrong Address Entered
If an incorrect or incomplete address was entered at checkout, reshipment fees may apply. We cannot guarantee a free replacement for orders shipped to the wrong address.
5. Refunds
Refunds are only issued when a replacement item is not possible or when Printful approves a refund due to a production error or damage. All other sales are final due to the custom, on-demand nature of fulfillment.
